Day of Wedding Coordination
If you already have your wedding planned, then this is the perfect finishing touch for your special day. This service includes two pre-wedding meetings, vendor confirmation, rehearsal coordination, and day-of coordination. This service gives you, your family, and friends the ability to relax and enjoy the entire day stress free.
* Initial Consultation
* Meeting at least one month prior to the wedding day to discuss details
* Obtain list of all vendors and contact information
* Unlimited emails and phone calls
* Meet with you at your venue to discuss details and your vision
* Detailed Wedding Day Itinerary to be distributed to you and all of your vendors
* Confirm vendors two weeks prior to the day of your event
* Rehearsal coordination and instruction
* Gathering wedding party and family members for photographs
* Ensuring proper placement of place cards, wedding favors, programs, etc.
* Creating and distributing wedding day itinerary to wedding party and vendors
* Full wedding day coordination for up to 8 hours
* Assist with distributing all bouquets, corsages, etc.
* Lining up and cueing the wedding party for the processional
* Making sure that the bridal party is ready for post-ceremony photographs
* Oversee the set-up of the ceremony and reception sites
* Attend to unforeseen emergencies
* Work closely with DJ to coordinate first dance, bouquet & garter toss, cake cutting, etc.
* Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
* Attend to the needs of the Bride and Groom throughout the day
$360
A 50% deposit is required to book the date. The remaining balance will be due the day of the event.
*Assistant would be required and be charged at $10 an hour for weddings with over 140 guests
Event & Party Planning
We specialize in planning your party needs. Give us an idea of what you would like and we’ll do the rest! We can acquire party supplies such as food, beverages, and decorations. If you don't have a space to throw your party we can scout a location. Party time assistance is also available so you can relax and have fun. I do the work and tend to the party so you don’t have to!
Complete Party Planning Service (from start to finish)
$80 - parties under 75 people
$140 - parties over 75 people

Event Day Assistance
With my party time assistance, and I will stay for your party and keep your food/drinks refilled, dishes picked up and cleaned, trash emptied, counters wiped. You can relax and enjoy your guests without the fuss of the kitchen too! Adding my party time assistance will help your event run smoothly. Please call me to discuss the details.
$20 an hour (3 hour minimum)
Additional staff $10 an hour (per person)
